The Sustainable City – Yiti was announced in March 2022 by Diamond Developers, the company behind The Sustainable City in Dubai, in partnership with OMRAN Group. The developer describes an investment of nearly one billion US dollars on a site of about one million square metres, with a target of carbon neutrality by 2040.
In July 2025 the developer unveiled The Arc, 132 serviced residences, and said the city’s full handover was on track for the end of 2026. Announcement-era unit counts differ from the homes actually launched, so ask for the current inventory.
