What we ask every developer. Is the project registered with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, and is buyer money held in an escrow account (both required for off-plan sales under Royal Decree 79/2025)? What were the promised and actual handover dates on your last three projects? What are current service charges per m²? Will you authorise us in writing to market the project?
