Location
AIDA is Dar Global’s gated golf community on the clifftops of Yiti, 130 metres above Muscat Bay, next to the 18-hole Trump International Golf Club. Nikki Beach Resort and Yiti Beach are a couple of minutes away, Yenkit Beach about 5 minutes, Muscat Bay about 15 and the Ritz-Carlton about 20. Downtown Muscat is about 45 minutes and Muscat International Airport about 50 minutes by car (developer figures).
