Payment plan comparison
Two plans with the same price can cost very different amounts in real terms, and leave very different sums exposed before the keys arrive.

Cash out by year
Build-stage payments are spread evenly across the build years. Year 0 is the booking.
Why exposure matters. Money paid before handover is at risk if the project is delayed. Ask whether payments go into an escrow account, and whether instalments are linked to construction milestones or to dates.
