Overview
Bousher is part of the wilayat of Bawshar, Muscat’s busiest apartment market. Bawshar registered 610 apartment sales through brokers in January to September 2025, more than any other wilayat, and its approvals to divide buildings into apartments rose from 291 in Q1 2026 to 476 in Q2.
This is an in-city location rather than an Integrated Tourism Complex. Buyers here are mainly Omani owner-occupiers and investors letting to resident professionals, so check the ownership route before a non-Omani buyer commits.
